Katherine McManus was an asset during our selling experience. She co-ordinated between 2 sellers in 2 states as well. We were very pleased with how quickly and easily our settlement went. We were in great hands with Kathy leading us through the selling process all the way to the end. She made sure our home maintenance continued while the home was empty and even shoveled after a snowstorm, ensuring the plumber could make a simple repair. Kathy did a great job selling our home. She walked us through every step, gave great advice, and because of her knowledge and expertise we were able to sell our home sooner rather than later. I dealt with Katherine McManus when renting my first apartment in Long Beach. She found me on in little time and for a cost that I approved. It was a no brained when I was looking to buy that she would be the person I would go to. She was attentive to my needs, and during a time where we were hitting the beginning of a pandemic she got the job done without delay. We looked at 2 different co-ops to buy and with both she had a package of every question I could imagine asking answered in each folder for both places I was looking at. When I decided my best fit she had me set up, do a walkthrough, close and sign and start to move in (did I mention during a pandemic) within 3 months. Her professionalism is outstanding while still being compassionate to every question you have. As a first time buyer I had a lot of concerns and was anxious (nerves and excitement) and every conversation with her made me feel at ease. She is a must when it comes to renting/buying any property. I wouldn't go any other way!

Katherine McManus was an excellent realtor. It was a very trying time for us. It was the very beginning of the pandemic and we had lost our mother all within 4 months. She understood how emotional it was for us to sell our family home. My parents had lived there 67 years and I lived there 54 years. We had many wonderful memories there. Katherine took into consideration all of our needs and wants in the sale. She was always available when I called with questions and concerns.
